You might not be able to tell but this used to be a spiffy pirate banner from the dollar store. I saw a fun birthday banner makeover over at Nanny Goat I thought I'd try.
I just covered the letters with scrapbook paper and strung it on ribbon I had on hand.
The mini flags were WAY easy. I just cut triangles and sewed them. I should have done this LONG ago!
