
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups Karo's syrup
15 oz corn flakes (though I usually end up putting in more like 24 oz, much crunchier but depends on what you prefer)
Chocolate for melting
Combine sugar, peanut butter and syrup in a sauce pan and heat on low. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Once dissolved, mix corn flakes and peanut butter mixture. Drop spoonfuls of the mix onto wax paper. When you are done, drizzle melted chocolate on top.

ReplyDeleteThose look yummy! I am going to have to make those for the kids. Our "must make" dessert every halloween is iced sugar cookies shaped like jack-o-lanterns.
