We Can Be Infinite.

I have a pretty cool anniversary, if I do say so myself. My husband and I got married on 8-8-08. When we were choosing a date to get married his sister pointed out that eights turned on their side are infinity signs. Well that decided, we had to get married on - -0 ∞, we say our anniversary is forever, forever, and ever. Obviously infinity means something to me because of my wedding, but it means a lot to me for more reasons than that.

The infinity symbol is sometimes called a leminscate and is used mostly in math and sciences. Both mathematically and symbolically the leminscate represents something that is infinite. I love the definitions of infinite, they are: immeasurably or indefinitely great, unlimited or unmeasurable in extent of space, duration of time, etc., unbounded or unlimited, boundless, endless. Infinity is the opposite of finite, which is something that is bound by limitations or conditions.

I don't know about you but there is so much in my life that I want infinite. I want the love for my husband and daughter to be infinite. I want to be infinitely fearless, infinitely kind, infinitely better. When the infinity symbols came to Belleza Mia I was so excited because I can be constantly reminded to let limitations or conditions bind me. I can be infinite.

In what ways would you like to be infinite?
